spring 2014 cardio playlist

With the weather getting warmer lately, I've taken an interest in running outside. And by interest I mean, I've never done this before and am actually enjoying it. I'm a basketball player; I enjoy short distances, sprinting, and being inside for my cardio. It was just as a surprise to me that I took a liking to outdoor activities. It was even more surprising to me when I learned I'd rather run before the sun comes up rather than after work. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely a morning person, but I'm talking about getting up at 5:30 three days a week to do some early AM cardio and it's the best. 

The best part about my morning runs are they're in Chastain Park, which is about a mile or two from my current apartment. The view is the main reason I'm able to get up and get out of bed so early. It's just like one from home at Lakeshore Park, with the baseball fields overlooking the city (minus the buildings in Knoxville). And in the morning it's dark enough to still see everything with the skyscrapers lit up in the background (I tried but a picture couldn't do it justice).

Anyways, I've come up with a running playlist that I love and wanted to share! I typically run anywhere from 30-45 minutes, so this should suffice. Shoutout to anyone training (for a 5K)!
